Kazali seal: This is a forced seal, there are three forms: external thread Kazali seal, internal thread Kazali seal and improved Kazali seal.
Fastener external thread clamp: commonly used for sealing the inner end face. Its washer is a triangular soft metal washer made of copper or aluminum. The flange of the cylinder body and the end cap of the container are connected by a threaded sleeve, and the compression bolts are tightened to apply force to the compression ring, and the gasket is pressed to achieve sealing.
Fastener inner Cazali seal: The working principle of the internal thread Cazali seal is basically the same as the external thread, except that the threaded end cap is indirectly screwed into the end of the cylinder with an internal thread. The gasket is placed at the connection between the end cap and the tail of the cylinder block, and a pressure ring is provided on the gasket.
Fasteners-Improved Kazari seal: The improved Kazari end face sealing structure does not require a threaded sleeve to connect the end cap and cylinder, but is bolted, and other parts are similar to the external thread Kazari end face seal.It has no obvious advantages, so it is difficult to adopt.
Fastener flat washer seal: This is a mandatory seal.Washers made of soft material or metal are placed between the connecting surfaces.Under the action of the preload of the bolt, the uneven part of the contact surface (that is, the gap or hole where the medium may leak) is squeezed out and filled with plastic deformation gasket material to achieve the purpose of the container.
