Hardware processing is stainless steel, aluminum and other raw materials, through the lathe, milling machine and other machinery, according to drawings or samples, processing into a variety of parts. There are three main processes used in hardware processing, forging, heat treatment and surface treatment. According to the different ways of forging, it can be divided into free forging and die forging. Manual hardware processing mainly uses die forging. According to whether the forging blank is heated, it can be divided into cold forging and hot forging. Cold forging is better than hot forging. Heat treatment process has three stages including heating, insulation and cooling. There are three kinds of heat treatment, ordinary heat treatment, surface heat treatment and special heat treatment. There are five kinds of surface treatments, electroplating, sandblasting, phosphating, polishing and SATIN. Electroplating is for anticorrosion and decoration, phosphating has the strongest corrosion resistance and the highest cost, and polishing and SATIN are used for polishing and polishing of metal surface.
